Dive deep into your Soul with our 4 weeks of Emotional Freedom Technique classes designed to help you to open up and connect with your authentic self by unburdening layers of old conditioning, beliefs and energetic blocks that are covering the light of your true self (Soul) that lies within.

Together in a supportive space we will tap to let go of fears and judgements so you can open, embrace and express more of your Soul self- happiness, peace, wisdom, creativity and love.

Each Monday night of the 4 weeks we will tap on a different aspect of ourselves as a group: Inner Peace, Self-Love, Health/Body and Money/Abundance. Finishing with a short nourishing meditation.

EFT is a evidence based technique involving gently tapping with your fingers on specific Meridian points on the body. It uses elements of Cognitive Therapy combined with Acupressure to transform mind, body and spirit.
