Do you feel the call to connect, be nourished and inspired with other spiritually minded women like yourself, living in the Macedon Ranges?
I’m so excited and honoured to be holding the space for this MONTHLY Sacred Circle.
What is it?
A safe non-judgemental space for Spiritually minded Women like yourself, to gather, to Soulfully remember who you are, share, listen, learn, grow and contribute to a more harmonious, loving planet.
Flow of circle session
The circle will have an opening, meditation, a new discussion topic each month to awaken inner wisdom, individual sharing, healing, self- care and nurturing focus and closing with herbal tea, snacks and chats afterward.
Family, friends, and aquaintances sometimes try to judge, fix, advise or shift what we express.
Here in the circle we simply listen.
This can be immensely powerful when experienced within a group.
We are not here to give therapy or advice during circle time when others are sharing, however feel free to chat after during refreshments.
We ebb and flow with the tides and experience nature’s seasons within our own bodies.
But in a world that values productivity above all, it can be so easy to forget our cyclical nature and push ourselves beyond our limits, can’t it?
Even an hour with a circle of women can plug us back in, and help us harness our energy and creativity when it is at it’s height, as well as remember to stop when it’s time to rest and renew.
Sacred Womens Circle root us back into our cyclical nature and remind us to take care of ourselves.
